Know why G520 is $200 more than E540?

I dont, but if you do please let me know, I am going to be buying a sony 21 inch...but just dont see why the G520 model is so much more expensive that relatively the same E540.

but do you know if it is the only difference???

I know the G520 recommended resolution is 1880 X1440 @85 hz
and the E540 is 1600 X 1200 at 85 hz...
such little difference...I am trying to justify the cost, if its worth spending the extra dollar.
