Question KO ASUS RTX 3070 no light up power leds

Hi, i recently aquired a GPU and a new 750w PSU, everyting looks fine but i have a question, does the power leds of the 8-pin connectors should be lighted on? my last gpu always showed a white led when i plug in its 6 pin connector, but in this case those led dont show any color, they're just off.

You might want to replace that unit with a reliably built one. You might want to bring yourself up to speed on the matter with that PSU.

Thanks, but that really would be a problem? i mean, i've seen videos about unboxing that gpu and couldn't see those power leds on neither, so i'm asking if the power leds turned off would be normal. This is my first RTX GPU, i had a gtx 1060 before where the power led were always on in white color.
