Kone XTD Drivers

I recently purchased a kone xtd. The drivers do not work whatsoever. Not for lighting, dpi, etc. It's a paperweight that annoyingly flashes every color of the rainbow.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times it's not funny. Every time I got to that sight I want to smash my computer. This is beyond ridiculous. A friend said I should update my chipset drivers, which I am doing currently, but if this takes even another hour of my time it's going back to Best Buy and I will just buy a Razer... Well, my dpi changes now take effect, and I can turn the lighting off, but no luck on the stopping it from changing color. Which, I am guessing is something I am doing wrong. I love the performance of this mouse and the way it fits my hand, but the drivers need some serious attention from ROCCAT because they aren't very user friendly.

sorry it did not work Mick , is your firewall preventing install ? what is going wrong m8 ?
