Kraken G10 and H90 fit a 1070, 980ti or titan X

Looking to upgrade

I put my 780, g10 kraken and h90 for $250

I have an offer for just the card at $180

My questions are can I put the kraken and h90 on the new card? Or better off to just sell it?

Right now I can get a 980ti or titan x for ~450, 1070 a bit more

thanks I have an another guy offering to trade for whole thing so I might go that route and not have to worry about liquid cooling
