Have you thought about a better air cooler instead? Something like the Be quiet Dark Rock pro 3 or Noctua NH-D15. They perform similarly while remaining quieter and you don't have to deal with liquid cooling.

I have but none of them fit my case

If I read correctly the 400r has 175mm of clearance which should be enough for the nh-d15.

I decided to go with the x41, it brought my temps down by 30 degrees C!!!!!! I LOVE IT
