Kraken x52 i7 8700k

Will the NZXT Kraken x52 be ok for i7 8700k cooling or will I have to get an x62?

If you plan on over clocking then yes any water cooler will do that does fit the 1150 socket but if you don't plan on overclocking the stock cooler will work just fine.

Either one should be plenty, I'll be cooling my 8086K on Air.

Hi, the 8700k doesn't come with an included cooler. But any 240/280mm AIO loop should be good.

They don't put stock coolers on "K" processors because they don't want their customers to blame them when they overclock them on stock coolers and fry their processors

I was planning on putting nzxt aer rgb120s on the aio and case, but they are mostly out of stock. Would a corsair LL120 rgb fit? I plan on replacing the case fans with them too. will there be enough 4 pin slots on the motherboard to control them? (I will either use an asrock killer sli/ac z370 or 270)

oh ok I checked the website and it says that the z370 has one 4 pin connector for cpu fans and two for case fans. If i get a 4 pin splitter it should be fine. but will a corsair LL120 rgb fit in an nzxt kraken x52?
