Question Kraken X53 light setting

I have an issue with my kraken x53 cooler light settings. Every time I shut my computer down and turn it back on it always goes to default and not the light setting I saved. I never had an issue using it on my old pc. Is it possible it is a mother board issue or the CAM software. When I put the computer to sleep it’s fine, only when I do a shut down. Current motherboard I’m using is a Asus Rog Strix x570-E. Any help would be appreciated.
