Hi there, I just built myself a new PC, but the lights on my nzxt kraken x61 aren't working (which could also mean that the pump isn't working). When I booted the pc for the first time, i got a "cpu fan error" which lead me to the bios (i have a asus maximus vii hero). Disabling the "cpu fan speed monitoring" stopped the error from occuring, but the lights still arent working (so maybe the pump isnt either). The pump connection is a 3pin, so my guess is that the motherboard doesnt know what to do with it. How do I get the light working???
Please help!!!

Thanks

How many 3/4 pin connections go from the Kraken to the motherboard and where have you connected them? Are you sure you have connected them to the fan slot which is for the CPU, and not to one thats supposed to be for case fans?

Well, only the one which is supposed to be the pump should be connected to the motherboard, and the fans connect to an extention coming from the pump, which is powered by a sata power cable, and that extention also connects to usb.
