Hey guys im going to upgrade my system.

I have the Z790 Gamin Plus Wifi Motherboard. A bequiet pure base 500dx case. And as mentioned above the Kraken X63 280mm Cooler.
I dont want to overclock, only maybe using the Intel Boost. Will that AIO be enough?
I will use the PC mainly for gaming. I have a 1440p monitor.

Yes, it's more than enough, however I'd HIGHLY recommend you consider looking at other alternatives. NZXT's CAM software is literally the worst offender out there when it comes to being extremely buggy AND when it comes to very serious privacy issues due to their policy of continuing to impose a hardline phone home hidden process in all versions of their CAM software. There used to be a huge thread on this on the NZXT CAM forum but they removed all traces of it and all other threads that were created to address the concern and have actively fought against similar threads on other forum sites like Reddit.

These are both cheaper and outperform it anyhow.

Ok thanks for your answer. But because I dont want to buy a new one right now, I think I just keep that one if it works for a while. Just bought it 2 years ago, and want to use it till its end cycle. But if my CPU stay cool for gaming right now Im happy for now! And what do you mean about phone home hidden process? What is that?

Ok, so this is a cooler that you already have?

You aren't aware of the NZXT CAM privacy issues? Well, in the words of Fred Flintstone, Oooooh boy.

There are many others, but the majority of the ones that existed and went into great detail are gone because NZXT has actively removed them from their own forums and have lobbied HARD to get similar deep dive discussions on other sites removed. I have four or five NZXT products that require CAM but they have been sitting in drawers collecting dust since about 5 or 6 years ago after discovering that CAM was reporting just about everything I did back to NZXT including telemetry that couldn't possibly have had anything to do with their hardware or software. And aside from the invasive nature of their software phoning home, it still to this day is an unmitigated drain on system resources. More than any other piece of software aside from the OS itself and sometimes even more than the OS, as of the last time I ever used it on any of my systems. I wouldn't own a single thing they sell if it requires the use of CAM and wouldn't use half their products simply because of crap like THIS as well:

Yeah I have the cooler since November 2021.
Oh didnt know that. That sounds awful. But yeah, as I said I want to use this thing till its life end. So thats why I was asking if i can use it for the i7 14700kf

It should be fine so long as it is working properly and has no apparent issues.

Out of curiosity, where do you have it installed, front or top, and if it is in the front is it installed so that the hoses run to the upper or lower section of the radiator as it is installed?

Its installed at the front. The hoses run out of the lower section of the radiator. But the top of the radiator is still above the pump. Thats how I read it would be the right way to do it. So i hope this is ok?
