Setting in the bios the FSB/PCI Clock...

I bought a Tbird 1ghz, I was thinking of pushing my mobo to 133mhz FSB after looking at the combinations from my USER MANUAL I never really understood what PCI mhz was...

what diffrence does it do / what should I take?

I can use a lower mhz for my PCI speed if 44mhz is too much
(only combination with 133fsb is 133/44 mhz)

CPU FSB Plus will push the FSB from 0-28 more then the original setting from: CPU FSB/PCI Clock

100/33, 101/33, 103/34, 105/35, 107/35, 110/36, 112/37, 115/38, 117/39, 120/40, 122/40, 124/41, 127/42, 133/44, 136/34, 140/35, 145/34, 150/37, 155/38

So really with CPU FSB Plus I can get my PCI mhz clock to
35mhz-42mhz and 44mhz

So in all that in mind, what is best? My tower will modified with 5x 80mm tower fans and the GlobalWin CAF12 for case cooling. (if cooling is a factor).

And now that I think about it.. I dont have any PCI cards !
Sounds card - ISA
Modem - EXT.
Video - AGP

Well I might get a sound card -PCI so take that in consederation...

Thanks for reading this ..

Wow your using an ISA sound card! Anyway I would not go over 39 on the pci bus even though you do not have any cards your ide devices use the pci bus and hard drives tend not to like higher pci speeds.

Nothing really wrong with my sound card.. I mean, no big diffrence between ISA and PCI sound card.. it sounds all the same to me!...

would I see a diffrence from 33mhz to 39mhz..
It seems it would lower system stability. .. For what!?
I aint using PCI!

Hey just givin ya a hard time on the sound card, and you dont have any pci cards but you still use the pci bus with your hard drive and other ide devices. Hard drives do not like the increase in the pci bus. the performance of the pci bus at 33 will not be noticable slower that at 44.

Hmmm.. oh yeah, IDE connectors are included in this PCI bus.. hee hee, Well then I wouldnt want my CD-RW to get unstable! its good enough at 33mhz..
Thanky!

hrm..
Thats not an option..
Option: 35mhz-42mhz and 44mhz
for PCI mhz...
