[SOLVED] Kubuntu connects to wifi but download spee drops to 0 every few minutes and only comes back with a restard

still learning about how kubuntu works, but every time I connect the internet works for a little bit and then just drops to 0 and only comes back when I restart the laptop

this fix seems to be more guided towards the moden and it also asks for a WPA2-AES security which is not an option on my modem, also I have had this problem on other networks, I have tried disabling power saving now so we'll see how that goes
