kudos to Fractal Design

I bought a Fractal Define R6-C PC case about three years ago and recently the power on button broke. Yes, I know this shouldn't happen in such a short time... Anyway, the whole panel needs to be replaced.

Since I couldn't find it, I wrote directly to Fractal Design support and asked for the price and delivery time.The answer was that the mentioned PC case is no longer on sale and the mentioned part is no longer available either - however they will try to find the necessary part.
And I just received an email that the panel was sent to me.
What can I say... Fractal Design remains my first choice - such support really deserves praise in my opinion.

That's pretty cool. I've used their cases a lot but never had to deal with customer service. Good to know they got some good people there
