can someone recommend me a kvm switch which lets me switch around 10-15 monitors between 2 computers? if it also has a keyboard and mouse slot thats even better!, i've had no luck finding one

If you are looking to switch between 2 PCs to 16 monitors what you need is a Video Matrix Switch. These switches allow you to switch between multiple video inputs to multiple video outputs.

Do you means each computer has 10~15 video outputs ? And both computers want to share the 10-15 monitors ?

If you answer is yes. Then you have only one choice.
See the attached link , pictures showed 4 systems (each system has 12 DVI video outputs).
The setup allows using even control each monitor to show video from system 1 or system 2...
