kyro 2 scalability

Finally had a chance to look at it. MDK and QuakeIII looked like no endpoint in sight, meaning the faster the processor the faster the performance. Kyro2 scales as we thought. 800Mhz is break even point with a MX400 at 200/200 core/mem. Kyro2 looks like it really excells at 1ghz plus cpu's. Which hopefully Kyro2's will start showing up in the faster OEMs shortly. Plus the Kyro2 Extreme should be out within the next couple of months 3d Prophet 4800, 200/200 core/clock, for the Kyro2 this will make a significant bump in performance. Sounds like you might want to upgrade your duron to a faster T-Bird, there cheap nowdays.
