Löw GPU Clock Speeds After MSI Afterburner OC Attempt

I was OC my Zotac GTX 750 Ti with afterburner following this tutorial : https://m.youtube.com/watch?list=FLBnp5p-NbxCXZsgKmN1z10w&v=vMBEo8JMKUk
I increased the memory clock speed just fine however when I set my card to have a core clock Speed of +220 my whole system completely messed up. The PC still rins so the GPU still works however its core clock is around 135Mhz and the memory clock is 405Mhz. I'm fairly new to OC so please reply with simple terminology and don't bash me for being a stupid idiot. Glad and thankful for any help received.

Being a complete noob in computing. I did not understand that GPUs have a base clock and when needed they boost to their 'boost clock'. This mean that while i saw the program on my one monitor and then launched the game, could not see the clocks rising XD
