L.A. Noire CPU use

Hi, I recently built a new machine, it has an Asus Rampage 4 extreme black edition, 4x4 Gskill ram, Ivy Bridge 4820k i7 processor, Asus GTX Geforce 980 Strix card, 3x 200 MM fans 2 of which are intake and one on top for exhaust and one 125 mm rear exhaust. And to cool my CPU is the really good Cooler Master Hyper 212 or whatever its called (and yes it is exhausting in the right direction.) My question is possibly why my CPU is running hot while I play L.A. Noire. For example I will play Arma 3 on almost all ultra settings, huge multiplayer games with around 40 fps and the temp will range anywhere from 55-70C which is not too bad for what I am asking it to do, most games run around 55C. But L.A. Noire runs anywhere between 79-90C that is REALLY hot, so any ideas on why its doing that or what I can do to help that?

Do you get these issues when running stress testing tools such as Prime95? Also check your thermal paste, ensure it is applied evenly across the IHS.
