L.A. Noire high cpu usage

Ok so i have a i5 3350p and i started to play la noire its a pretty nice game i dont like the graphics but its good game so when i check my cpu usage i have 100 then go to 49 and stayng 50-54 even if am on desktop and when am listening to music the sounds lag its strange cuz i have never had problem like that or in general i play skyrim with 15-20 even if am on skype or have 10 open tasks ac4 20-30 max i dunno if its a bug or its from my cpu?

Hard to say what's going on, but why would you leave the game running in the background anyway?

Games can vary in how much processing is done when minimized.

As for CPU usage, you look at the graph HISTORY. Make sure you have at least two minutes shown and you leave the game during a typical scene.

Well am running it at the background cuz if u quit it will restart the mission somethimes i checked out other forums and most of the ppl say that its from the game some kind of bug but i dunno thx for the reply!
