[SOLVED] L.A Noire runs at 3 fps

So Just upgraded to a dual core cpu in 2020. it's a phenom ii x2 550 .back then i had a sempron le 1250 . I paired it with gt 710 (2gb) and 8gb ddr2 ram . started the game and guess what. Game was running at 3fps on lowest setting possible turned the resolution to lowest and i was getting nearly 4-5 fps. why is this happening ? is there a way to fix it ?

Did you do a full, fresh install of Windows given that you have new hardware?

Yeah I upgraded to windows 10 after installing the new cpu

Try this website linked below. It will tell you all you need to know about what your computer will run. I'm 100% certain your computer doesn't even meet the minimum required to play L.A Noir much less more recently released games. You need a complete upgrade, in a major way.

The Minimum requirements - Processor: Intel CPUs - Dual Core 2.2 GHz to Quad Core 3.2GHz; AMD CPUS - Dual Core 2.4Ghz to Quad Core 3.2Ghz; Memory: 2GB to 8GB; Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT 512MB to NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580 1536MB or Radeon HD3000 512MB to Radeon HD 6850 1024MB . I Have better or almost same .

Your graphics card doesn't meet system requirements for this game.
GT 710 is not suitable for gaming.
Get a better graphics card.
