L.E.D Fan lights up but doesn't spin

I bought a pre-built computer from iBUYPOWER a year ago, I didn't know much about computers nor was it a problem, but 2 of my case fans aren't working. It came with a LED fan, which lights up but it doesn't spin, and the fan in the back of my case doesn't either.

If they are 2 or 3 wire fans, then the fans are receiving +12V as they should. It would appear that the fan motors are dead. Try spinning then by hand, See if they take off.
