On a journey to restore a bunch of cool laptops at home and in need of a new condition MXM GTX 560m card or like new is it possible today to find this unicorn? for a Qosmio x775-3DV78 (3D screen) have tried eBay and Aliexpress

Very unlikely. Not new or like new. Used, plenty of them on Ebay and elsewhere. Even a few on Amazon. Simply too old to find them new anymore as most laptops from 12 years ago are in the dump somewhere these days.
