LA Noire Optimization

So I am playing LA Noire which to my specs says I can max the game out, but I have moderate lag while playing the game.
I know the game has poor optimization on pc, is there anyway to fix this?
My specs are:
AMD A10 7870k APU, GTX 750ti FTW Edition, 8gb of Crucial Ballistic sport RAM, MSI A87m-e35 fm2+ socket motherboard.
If anyway has any ideas it would be much appreciated.
