LA Noire Windows 10 Not Loading

Hi, I've recently decided to play LA Noire again. Since the last time I played it, I've upgraded from windows 8 to windows 10. When I installed and launched the game, it had the neon sign pop up and say "loading", then that screen goes away and the game never launches. Anyone know how to fix this? My specs are a 980ti, 4790k, and 8gb of ram, so I know it's not my system.

Don't play the game but others are having issues as well. Give this a read...and good luck!
