my lab top want come.the power light comes on but nothing eles.i tryed a new ac power cord but it still want come on.

Remove battery and hold the on button for 30 seconds. Put battery back, do not connect to AC power. Start computer and describe in detail what you see on the screen, the lights on the laptop and any fan noise or HDD noise. It would also help if you provide the model of laptop.
