This may seem like a silly question, but I am totally new to PC building.
When you get a Noctua cable for example, there are labels on there that identifies what the cable is:
Similarly, for certain case fan cables. there may also be a label to identify what the cable is or where it needs to go.
Is it safe to leave these cables on? Or is there risk to damage of components if the plastic label touches components when the computer is turned on?
Ideally, i'd like to leave them there to make cable identification easier, but if it risks shorting components, then i'll remove them.
