Question labtop freezes when all cores active

My asus g614 laptop suddenly started freezing so that I had to turn it off from the power button. During freezing, the battery light flashes in blue color. While the battery is 100% or the device is connected to the electricity. Windows, drivers and BIOS are updated. Windows has been reinstalled. But the only solution to prevent freezing is to reduce the CPU cores. What is the reason for this problem that can be solved by reducing the number of cores in the BIOS? In addition, the device has been purchased for 1 month.
