It's actually spelled Rikiki. And if it's still limited to USB 2.0 speeds it's not worth buying.

I have one of this drive but I prefer WD.

Well, I just had a LaCie drive in my shop. It was a 1TB External with a different, heavy metal case. It looked like a nice unit, but the Hitachi drive inside of the case appeared to have died after only a few months of use (heads were working, but the drive wasn't spinning-up).

I don't know if all LaCie's use Hitachi, or if it just happened to be that particular model.
