Lacie d2 Thunderbolt 2 for Windows Using Adapter Not Working

Hey everyone so I have a Lacie d2 3TB Thunderbolt 2 external hard drive that I used with my iMac but have since gotten a PC. Now I was hoping that my new with my new PC that has a USB-C port (Thunderbolt 3) I could use an adapter to make this work but no luck.

I later noticed that according to the manual that this drive only does Thunderbolt 2 on Mac OS and USB over Windows. But doing more research I keep coming across drivers that may make it work but can’t seem to find an guides.

Was wondering if anyone could help me so I can use the drive with an adapter into the USB C port on my mobo and if I need to instal any drivers.

JKGreene67, the LaCie drive will only work under the 2.0 USB Speeds and not 3.0 of the computer. There are no drivers to install and in regards to the adapter, contact the manufacture.
