[SOLVED] LaCie Hardisk Unrecognisable

My LaCie rugged mini 1TB is not being recognised on my desktop despite, checking visibility settings, changing wire and trying on other computers and the old turn off and on again. How do I resolve this?

Contact their support, could be anything from a bad cable, bad enclosure or failed drive.
