lack of air high end components how will this go??

1 Intel Core i5 4690
1 Samsung 840 EVO 250GB SSD
1 Shuttle SZ87R6 Barebone System
1 WD Green 2TB, WD20EZRX
1 8gb ddr3 stick (kingstion val-ram)

they should all fit together but im just worried how hot the system will run with 1 fan

At least one intake fan and one exit fans. No need high end ones.
If permitted by chassis, exit at the back and top.

no there are sadly no extra fan slots on the system :/
