Lack of display with graphic card

So, whenever I boot PC with all components i side I don't get any screen display (mouse and keyboard are working), but if I take out my Graphic Card and boot it again I get screen and everything works perfectly.

How can I make it all of them work?

Should I install mobo software and then connect graphic card?

I cleared CMOS.

Everything is new apart of graphic card.

MSI Z270 Gaming M5
Intel I5 7600
EVGA GeForce 960
Corsair Vengence 8GB x2


Graphic card used to work on my previous PC, at this moment I don't have where to check on other PC if its working but I don't think its the part of the problem.

What is the power supply brand and model you are using? Your motherboard should have no issues at all with the card. You are connecting the video cable to the nVidia card and not the motherboard right?

Its AeroCool Integrator 600w.

I tried connecting hdmi both to mobo and graphic card.

Update/ I repair it, cleared cmos once again via button on back plate of my mobo with graphic card connected and it worked.
