Lag after I start computer then BSOD

Ok so after I start my computer I get huge lags, the sounds when I paly something are very laggy too, and after a while i get BSOD with the message DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER. It may occur the same on 2nd restart but it will eventually run normal.

I use Windows 8.1 PRO , updates are up to date, gpu driver its updated as well

Intel Core i5 4590 @ 3.30GHz
Kingston 8.00GB Single-Channel DDR3
Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. Z97M-DS3H
931GB Western Digital WDC WD1003FZEX-00MK2A0
ASUS DRW-24F1ST a
2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760

the ram is plugged on 1st socket and i tried on 4th aswell.
