Question Lag Computer

Hello! Since I improved some parts of my computer, I feel that I have lag in games that I shouldnt , for example, Counter Strike, seeing things like almost 0,5 later. In other games more recent like Call Of Duty I have less but sometimes I have too.

My computer now is :

Windows 10
I7 8700 3,20ghz
CORSAIR 16gb RAM 2x8 DDR4 2400MHz
NVIDIA 1660 GTX SUPER 6GB
MOTHERBOARD GIGABYTE B365M H

SSD KINGSTON A400 SSD 240GB
HDD Western Digital 1TB SATA 3.5

When you improved those some parts, exactly what parts did you improve? Did you change motherboards? If you did did you do a clean Windows setup on it and get all the drivers from the support site? If you changed video cards did you do a clean driver setup if changing brands?

Well I improved the CPU with this I7 8700. before I had I5 3300p, and the SSD after I changed the graphic card. Yes I did various times windows clean setup, and in video card too, I put the most new and other times I tested with other more older, always doing a clean driver setup
