Question Lag in csgo

Hi, so recently ive had this problem where sometimes my ping is like 15 higher than normal (from 60 to 75 on german faceit servers for example) and its stuttering like crazy, im teleporting for other people and on my screen even my knife is lagging(sometimes it makes the sound like its getting pulled out twice), i changed isp and its still same, any ideas plz?

also when i press esc my ping goes to like 600
