Lag in game recording with all screen recorders

I know this question has been asked countless times.. but all the solutions are not seeming to work for me. I have tried using fraps, Bandicam, dxtory, OBS, and d3dgear but to no avail. I always have the same problem. No lag in game, but the recording is extremely choppy. I want to record in 1080p 60fps and really don't want to downscale. My hard drive that i am recording on is a WD Black 1 TB. I have heard that this drive is good for recording 1080p 60fps but it is not working for me. Any help is appreciated

GPU: AMD R9 380 4GB
CPU: AMD A10-6800K APU (Intergrated GPU not used, I use R9 380 instead)
OS: Windows 8.1 64 bit
Motherboard: MSI A58M-E33
Power Supply Rosewill 600W
