Lag in games after i updated my graphics driver

Recently, i updated my graphics card and since then my games are running in 10-20 fps.If i restart my computer I can play my games fine for 10 minutes and then the lag is starting again.I have a Intel Pentium G2030 with Intel HD Graphics in it.(sorry for my english)

Please help.

If performance was fine with the previous driver you shouldn't have updated it.

Roll-back to the previous driver in Device Manager:

Double-click the device to open it's Properties box.
Click the 'Driver' tab.
Click "Roll Back Driver".

Leave drivers (& BIOS) alone if they are working okay.
It's folly to update them just because there is an update.

First of all you need to TOTALLY remove all the old drivers. Use this link.

Note:
Select the respective company(i.e Nvidia or ATI) drivers to be uninstalled.
Use clean and restart option.
And then install the new drivers after rebooting.

I can't roll it back and I didn't updated my driver because there was an update, I updated it because I had to have it updated for a game.
