I usually lag in pretty much every game, I have an RTX 2070, Ryzen 2700x, 16gb ram and a 1tb HDD for my Windows (I'm about to upgrade to an SSD), i updated my graphics card and BIOS yesterday.

The only 2 parts I need to upgrade are my hard drive and RAM, but will it help the lag?
Does all my other hard drives affect my pc's performance? (I have like 2tb of junk on my hard drives)
And what are the components that are important for your CPU?

You could try DDU to wipe out your current and old drivers, then reinstall the current driver and see if that helps.

Running a bench suite like Passmark and looking at the individual results may be helpful as well.

A good test specific to minecraft, see if drops happen on both multiplayer and single player worlds - if just multiplayer it is possible you have a latency problem to whatever server you are connecting to, and trying other servers in other regions may also be a good test.
