Lag in online games

I have recently found some issues while playing online games like paragon etc. I sometimes just lag for 3 seconds. this occurs every 10 minutes. My pc hardware shouldn't be the problem because i have a new pc with an intel 6600k and an gtx 1060. I use an powerline adapter maybe that causes the problem? With other stuff like google i have no problems with connections its mainly with games. I also did a test on my pc itself with the google servers and it said that i didn't lost any package load. Please help

Have you tried a direct connection using a long network cable? Id say it is the powerline adaptors, there is a tool called WINmtr which is useful for getting network connectivity problems and will hopefully show you where the issue resides.

Yeah probably it is the Powerline adapter. I already downloaded pingplotter and saw some 100% package lost sometimes. the only problem is that i can't reach the Router. So what would you suggest?
