Lag in powerful laptop

my laptop is gs63vr msi it has an i7 6700 processor and 16 GB ram and 1060 gtx gpu so its a powerful laptop , but when i use it for watching movies for example or use programs i found lag

in movies delays happens in the scene display for .5 seconds

when i use word or Photoshop in writing words do not appear when written immediately but delay for a second
and that happens in browser also all the time

when i use design programs like 3dmax or autocad i found a terrible

there could be a lot of things related to the issue you describe, first of all is the laptop connected to the Ac line or is just running on battery when the issue occurs? is the laptop really hot? have you checked cpu and memmory usage on windows taskbar?

It happens when I use the AC and the battery, and the laptop is not hot and I checked the usage and its normal about 25 to 40 %

Ok have you checked the windows energy options? leave them on performance if you havent done it already, check nvidia preferences and put it on performance or maximun performance (this would be relevant for games mostly). lets see if that helps...
