Lag issues :(

So when i play cs so something, i get a steady 144 fps (which is what i want) with vsync, but it feels very unresponsive sometimes with constant lag. It makes it so my aim is in consistent which if you are a PC gamer you know thats really bad. So does anyone know a way to fix
PS (Its not vsync i use triple buffering so there is no lag, i know for sure its not that so if that was your answer it was already tried 🙁 Thanks)

its most likely your connection? check your ping on the server you are on. bad connection in internet or just farther away server can cause this

idk exact specs but i have a amd 8320 (not overclocked) with a hyper 212 evo and a evga sc 760 with about 8 gigs of ram. Sorry i don't know everything, but my problem is that it feels laggy BUT im getting good fps. Almost like when you use vsync without triple buffering.The late response kinda thing, so i can't really explain well but hopefully this helps

the late response is definitely a lag not low FPS thing. since it is a first person online game, it is most likely poor internet connection or bad connection to the server. it could also be slow hard drive.
