Lag on Games that doesn't need good specs ! ( ?? ) HEELPP!!!

Ok first off i gotta say my english sucks.

Well here is the problem :

This is my PC spec

Radeon 6950 XFX
AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE
Motherboard Asus M5A78-Plus
8GB RAM DDR3 1600 Dual Channel
500Watts Thermaltake PowerSupply

I play Dragon nest and League of legends a lot, but i'm always laggin. Like for real, is like 30 - 20 FPS inside the game.

Already update my drivers, formated my windows...

I don't really know what to do now.

Any suggestion?

PD : The games i play doesn't demand high end hardware... And mine are above by far than those requiered.

If it doesn't demand high CPU, RAM and GPU specs it's probably your mobo chipset. But I haven't looked into that so I don't know for sure but it's what I assume
