Lag on Windows 10.

Hi, I've recently made the upgrade to windows 10 from windows 7 and am having weird lag issues as a result. It seems as though it is a ram issue, and on task manager it says that my memory is being up to 90% used when just running chrome and a game. Although i'm also getting spikes where my Disk is going up to 90% and back down again. These lag spikes occur every few hours or so but are really frustrating me and was wondering has anyone got a solution or on the same situation as me?

Did you just Upgrade, or was it a clean install?

If just the Upgrade, a clean install usually fixes issues such as this.

Yeah I just did the free upgrade. Thanks for the heads up, I will try a clean install!
