Lag only in-games?

Hey, i've been having this issue for over 2 weeks now, i have no idea why it started happening, but as you can see a few seconds into a game (not just a league of legends game) my in-game ping and packet loss will sky rocket, while teamspeak/CMD shows fine internet connection, any website isn't affected by this issue. Also some games such as Battlefield 4 is not affected by this issue for some reason, and it always starts a few seconds into a game, not just right away (games i tested are Blade & Soul, League of Legends, Counter Strike Global-Offensive) Halp please.

Have you checked that your anti virus software is blocking or restricting the games you play? Other than that, you could see what programs are using the internet. The final thing you could do is change the priority of the program to high priority which means the game should get priority over other programs that are running.
