Question Lag only on 1 game?

Hello!This is my build
ryzen 2700x
rtx 2070
gigabyte x470 ultra gaming 7
16gb geil evo x RAM
1 ssd and 1hdd
power supply armor 80 plus gold 650w
My problem is CS GO laggs as hell,this is the only game that laggs for me i deranked 4 times and i got crippling depression because of it,if needed i can try posting a video but it feels like regular lagg like the enemy being in cover and the next frame is him headshoting me without giving me a chance but i got rlly good internet so that shoudnt be a problem,i would like to thank anyone who reads this in advance and im sorry if i posted on the wrong place idk where to post this :l
I only tried messing with the settings and it literally doesnt matter if im on high or low

One cause could be wrong cfg settings such as rate, cmdrate, updaterate. Have you configured anything there?

Never touched that stuff.
Edit:i do use custom maps for viewmodel and crosshair idk if that counts?
