Question Lag or FPS drop? Idk what this is but it’s a problem

So I recently got a new monitor, the dell 2719DGF. It’s 27 inches, 1440p, 155hz (when it’s overclocked), and has a 1ms response time. I set it up, downloaded all the drivers, installed the app for the monitor, and I changed it from 60hz to 144hz, then I overclocked it to 155hz (I have a DisplayPort 1.2). It looks beautiful. I changed the response time to “super fast”, which I assume is 1ms, that’s it, that was all the settings I touched. I have a Logitech g602 (I think) but the mouse says it’s 500hz, so I shouldn’t have a problem with that. But whenever I go one a game, idk how to explain it. When I move my mouse it seems laggy, like it’s a low FPS, I look in all of my games settings, they shouldn’t have an FPS cap, and when I turn in show FPS it’s well over 100. Is it my mouse? I had an old tv before this, off brand, 720p, and a response time of around 60ms, I didn’t have the same problem with that. Idk how to fix it and I think it’s affected my gameplay.

clearly states that your mouses dpi was lower do you have a dpi button? you may of miss clicked it and now your game looks like its running at 4 fps

is it wired or not because on the second look it looks like your mouse is sputtering out you may want to replace it it is clearly the mouse

My mouse is wireless, it may be it. But I don’t understand, on my other monitor my mouse worked perfectly! Should I increase the dpi? I might get a wired mouse, but I want to know if this mouse is the problem.
