Lag performance problem

Hello, I started to upgrade my pc one week ago changing first the GPU, then the CPU, and games that I was playing before with medium graphic settings, now with no matter what graphic setting I use they run with lags, every 10 sec, the frame rate drops. Please help me

Monitor your CPU frequency. Good chance you are getting VRM throttling. That board was not designed to support a 125w, the specs only show support for 95w cpus.

I was monitoring CPU and GPU with task manager, I tried even other ways (Fraps, upgrading ram, lowering nVidia settings) and on the graphics of the CPU usage and the 3D of nVidia, at the same time they were dropping, from 70% nVidia would drop below the 30% and the CPU the same. I already ordered a motherboard that supports my CPU.
