Question Lag problem

hi I have big lag problems when I play call of duty wazone I can play 2/3 rounds without any problem but then it starts to lag I have to start the game again so it usually helps what Can the problem be?

pc specs:
Ryzen 3900
Radeon xt5700
Motherbord xt570p
Ram g skill 16 GB 3200
and 500gb Ssd conected to motherbord
The Gpu has watercooling

You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU and it's age. As for your GPU, by watercooling, is it a custom watercooling loop or does the GPU comes with an AIO? The make and model of the motherboard might be incorrect, I can't find it off of Google search.
