Question Lag Spike When playing games

Hello,

When playing some games I have huge lag spike and I can't manage to find what is causing it.
For the moment I noticed it on R6:Siege and COD Warzone. The issue is more present in Warzone than Siege.

I thought this was an audio issue because the spike were almost always when there was a new or a loud sound in the game. So I tried to disabled the sound peripherical and test without them and it's still happening. I updated and changed sounds driver and nothing changed.

I also put the CPU and GPU in "High performance" in the Power management settings. Nothing changed.

If you have an idea of how to troubleshoot this issue that would be greatly appreciated.

1 stick of ram? any only 8GB?
how the ram usage during the game?

The memory usage during game is around 84% and 90%.

I uninstalled GeForce experience and it seems it fixed it.
