[SOLVED] Lag spikes in games using HDD

I have a WD 1TB HDD 5400RPM model: WD10JPVX in my laptop. Every game that I play installed on this drive occasionally gets lags spikes of 1-2 seconds, other games that are installed to my ssd don't have this problem at all. The lag spikes only occur when there's things happening on the screen but not in the main menu of games. I opened task manager and looked at my hd disc and this is what it shows every time the spikes happen.

I also installed crystaldiskmark and did a test which gave me these results:

I'm not really knowledgeable with these kind of things so if anybody could offer me any solutions or tell me what the problem is I would greatly appreciate it, thanks.

That is simply the slowness of reading new data off the slow spinning drive.

You've gotten spoiled with the other SSD.
