So since I've been using windows 10 I've had this problem where i get random lag spikes, i tried disabling all apps i tried everything i found on the internet i reset windows multiple times and i updated my network driver already.
I called my internet provider and they sent someone over, they said it was purely windows fault, he even said multiple people in my region had the exact same problem.
This computer had windows 10 built in by default so i cant revert back to windows 7.
If anyone knows how to fix this without having me buy windows 7 i would really appreciate that,
