Hey! Im new to computers, I recently built my own here are the specs:
I have two MSI r9 270x with 2gb each with a crossfire cable,
I have a MSI 970 GAMING DDR3 2133 ATX AMD Motherboard
I have AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor
With an 850W power supply and 3 terabytes of storage
And 8gb of ram

I can run games such as the new starwars battle front great on high graphics no problem but when i try and play new games such as Just cause 3 or Tom Clancy The Division my computer cant handle it I dont know why. I do notice that when I look in task manager wile running the game it says that the memory (8gb) is at really high usage like 80 to 90% so im assuming that when I get the lag spikes that it is the memory overloading. Someone I know who helped me find the parts said it could be the RAM? suggestions? anything helps thanks.

Ignoring the questionable specs, I would make a guess that it is either your CPU or the crossifore situation. With a 6300 i was having issues with GTA V which I know is a very cpu heavy title but I was getting lag spikes too but on my other system with a 9590 OC there were no problems. As far as the crossfire thing goes, try playing the game with only one card and see how that goes. Let me know your results and I will see if i can help.
